Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Sale items and personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Email us at Venushaven8@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve this for you promptly at no additional cost.
